It is a very special honey, harvested on the Malaga coast, it has a very characteristic taste, sweet but attenuated by its light salty notes, very dark amber, almost black, with reddish-brown tones. It has a floral aroma, with fruity notes, a smell that resembles a ripe avocado. It is a very thick honey with little tendency to crystallize.
Pairing: Avocado honey combines very well with fresh cod dishes, ice creams, not very strong cheeses and of course for the famous aubergines with avocado honey.
