Orange Blossom Honey Apícola Piedra Solana

It is the one made mainly from nectar of the orange and lemon trees. It is an aromatic and soft honey with a high citric component that gives it great character  Very light yellowish amber color with straw tones as it crystallizes its color lightens. 

Combines well with hot milk, infusions, fresh cheeses, with white meats such as chicken or duck, and with desserts such as pestiños, fritters and cakes.
